Project Name: Qarmat Ali Water Intake and 1st Stage Lift Pump Replacement
Scope of work: Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning relevant to the Qarmat Ali Intake & 1st stage lift pumping station (Plant Capacity : 3.6MMBPD), to be installed in Qarmat Ali area which is 4km from Basra airport (Basra – IRAQ).
The scope of the Project includes the construction of a new combined Qarmat Ali Water Intake Structure and1st Lift Pump Station (QAWIS) together with supporting infrastructure which once up and running shall replace the existing facilities. The existing 1st lift station will be operational up to the point where the new facilities have been fully commissioned and ready of operation.
