Project Name: International Community School of Baghdad Zayouna Project
Scope of work: The project is a mixed School poject, comprising Kinder Garden, Elementary,Middle, and secondary School.
Spread over a land of : 9200 m2.
At a total construction area : – Basement floors area : 425m2/ -Upper floors area : 13575 m2.
The basement floor contain all the common technical,Water Tanks, water treatments plants, etc
The school spread from ground floor,up to third floor, contain all the entrances lobbies, cafeteria ,administration, back offices, and other facilities.
Along with a closed playground, classrooms, laboratories, and all their related facilities, for all school sections kinder garden, Elementary, Middle, and Secondary.
